马来西 亚小学华文课本是经由马来西亚教育部正式遴选、审查和认证的指定教科书，供全国华文小学的学生作为学习华文的课本使用。目前，华文小 学一和二年级华文课本是由本社马来亚文化事业有限公司所出版的。
Standard 1
The textbook is compiled based on the curriculum concepts written in the “Chinese Language Curriculum for Primary Schools” which issued by the Ministry of Education Malaysia in 2010. The main focus of the compilation of this textbook falls on the integration of practical value with humanities. This textbook is compiled according to unit. There are a total of 28 units throughout this textbook. Besides, there are 8 articles selected from the articles written by overseas and local writers as self-study materials.
The contents of this textbook closely correspond with the development of pupils’ mind and ability. The topic chosen are related to pupils’ life. The activities in this textbook mainly targeted at pupils. Therefore, the activities chosen revolve around pupils’ life in order to encourage pupils to take initiative in learning, to think positively and to enjoy the joy of learning.
《一年级华文课本》根据2010年马来西亚教育部颁布的《小学华文课程标准》中阐明的课程理念进行编写，注重工具性和人文性的统一。
课本采用了单元模式的框架来编写，分为28个单元，并附有8篇选自本地和国外作家的作品作为自习课文。课本的内容配合学生的心智和能力的发展，内容贴近小学生的生活，活动以学生为主体，围绕各种情境展开，鼓励学生主动学习，积极思考，并享受学习的乐趣。

This textbook is compiled according to unit. There are a total of 28 units throughout this textbook. Besides, there are one article selected from the articles written by overseas and local writers after every 2 units as self-study materials.
